Croatia is going forward

In another eight finals game, Croatia met Slovenia da won over the opponents with the result 29:25.

The game began with the equal advantage, but in the end of the half-time Croatians took a lead and won the first half with the result 17:14.In the second half Luka Panza’s team continued playing stable and aggressive game and won the match with 4 points difference. Slovenian Goalkeeper Gasper Dobaj was named as the most valuable player of the match from Janez Klemencic’s team and Ivan Martinovic was named as the best player from Croatia.

“We play really hard, but without brain. We made a lot of mistakes,but this not end. Our positive side was our fight Our wish was to win, but we didn’t play enough for victory” – Janez Klemencic, Slovenian head coach.

“It was very tense game, It was very high rhythm, As a positive side, I can say, that we had very good defense and attack as well, we had enough energy to win the game and we did it” – Luka Panza, Croatian head coach.

Croatians will face Sweden and the next opponent of Slovenia will be known soon.
