France took 1st place in Group A

Another A group game between France and Sweden finished with the result 29:21 in favor of France.
Jerry Hallback’s team started with the slight advantage over the France, Scandinavians seemed to be more motivated, but they lost the half-time 9:12. In the second half Swedish players fought and tried to reduce the difference, but French players were unmistakable in the defense. Gustaf Banke was the best player of the match from Jerry Hallback’s team and Dylan Nahi was the most valuable from France as he scored 5 goals.

“We rate this game as a big level, we really wanted to win, but our positive side was first 25 minutes and in last 15 minutes we really didn’t play well” – Jerry Hallback, Swedish head coach.

“It was the good match, I’m little bit disappointed about the beginning of the match, because we didn’t planned match like that, we’are trying to be better team” – Eric Quintin, French head coach.

France have 8 points and are leading the A group and Sweden owns 2 points and 5th place. Quintin’s team will play against Denmark at 14:00 and Sweden will face Bahrain at 20:00 tomorrow.
